    PROJECT // CONQUER RULES

    The rules

     

    RULE 1 : Wake up before 7am

    However, do make sure that you have at least 6 hours of sleep.

     

    RULE 2 : Exercise for at least 1 hour a day

    Go to the gym, run, stretch, yoga, walk, etc.

     

    RULE 3 : Read at least 30 minutes a day

    Read educational / self-development / business books.

     

    RULE 4 : Dedicate at least 1 hour towards your dreams

    Before the start of this challenge, form a list of dreams that you want to achieve. And work on it for at least 1h a day.

     

    RULE 5 : Start dieting

    Follow a healthy diet of your choice. (No soft drinks, less sugar and drink enough water)

     

    RULE 6 : Track your progress daily 

    Jot down your progress and learn where you can improve.

     

    RULE 7 : Document your journey (optional)

    Film your daily routine and post them on Tiktok or Instagram. This will give you some type of accountability and also help you stay consistent. Use the hashtag #conquer21.
