The Okvmi30 Starter Pack is a useful initiative to help people like myself change our usual bad habits like not exercising, consuming a lot of screen time, and eating/drinking unhealthy drinks even though I find it hard to adapt to my old habits of sweet stuff throughout the years. it was an eventful week of nearly 2 weeks minimizing my intake of unhealthy drinks/food and building a more disciplined mindset for myself. However, some of my friends and family felt that drinking only plain water was a bit crazy and encouraged me to go to zero sugar instead which was a stepping stone for me in the journey—seeing the difference between them and how it changed my mental state or maybe even physical state in terms of hunger, etc. It was a thrilling experience. Hope to see more coming soon

This starter pack has so far this 12 days impacted my life in a different way. I feel more energised, abling to break bad habit and making new habits like waking up instantly before 8am without the alarm buzzing after a week. First week when staring out, I felt very tired as im not used to it, soon habits like sleeping before 11.30pm and keeping myself on task and disciplined to finish my work on time. It built self-discipline and I feel stronger, healthier and confident in myself more. If this pack is able to help me as a 18 year old, I am sure it will help others too. There is long way to the finish line yet, hopefully I can complete this challenge for myself
